| 2404-2406 | Logic Change | Last year, we published FY08-FY12 numbers based on the org associated with each fund at the time the FY12 deficit report was generated. This meant that FY08, FY09, FY10, and FY11 numbers reflected the assignments of funds to orgs at the end of FY12. Starting this year, we will publish numbers taken from the individual annual FY Deficit Reports generated annually by OBFS. This means that FY08 numbers will reflect the assignment of funds to orgs at the end of FY08, FY09 numbers will reflect the assignment of funds to orgs at the end of FY09, etc. This change will facilitate more accurate year-over-year comparisons. |
